The well-maintained and nicely furnished holiday home is located about 150m from the dunes in the Bohemien Resort, surrounded by fields of flowers.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious, bright living room with large windows featuring a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV (including German channels).
The open, fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, 4 electric cooking plates, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. There's also a beautiful large dining area and a small conservatory.
On the ground floor, you will also find the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
On the 1st floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobe, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, and a children's room with a bunk bed and a nice play corner. Additionally, there is a second toilet.

Bungalow park "Bohemien Resort" is nestled among flower fields at the foot of the dunes, just about 1 km from the long North Sea sandy beach in Sint Maartenszee. Within walking distance, you can find a supermarket for daily needs and the amusement park "De Goudvis" with a large outdoor and indoor play paradise for children.
The houses in the park are individually furnished and equipped, and all have their own parking space right at the house.

Cancellations are possible at any time. The following cancellation fees will apply, in addition to the booking fee:
- up to the 61st day before the start of the trip: 20% of the travel price
- from the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the trip: 50% of the travel price
- from the 34th to the 2nd day before the start of the trip: 90% of the travel price
If cancellation occurs later or if the trip is not commenced, the full travel price is due.
