The attractively furnished villa accommodates up to 8 people on two levels. The spacious living/dining area features an open fireplace and TV, as well as access to the terrace with a large dining table and beautiful sea views. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen with all desirable amenities, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a toilet. The first floor offers three more bedrooms with very beautiful sea views and two shower rooms.
The lovely garden with a large lawn gently slopes down to the pool area, where one can enjoy truly fantastic sea views without any disturbing influences. The swimming pool measures 8 x 4.5 m, and sun loungers, parasols, and a nice lounge seating group are also available.
The villa is located in a gated community right across from "Plage des Éléphants" beach in Sainte-Maxime. The large La Nartelle beaches with numerous beach restaurants are also not far away. The town center of Les Issambres is about 3 km away and can be reached very quickly by car, where you will find all the shops for daily needs, a gas station, and the ferry to St. Tropez.
