Cancellation policy
The tenant may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the rental period. The cancellation must be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, where a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or an email will suffice to comply with the written form. The cancellation becomes effective on the day contacto-mallorca receives the declaration. In the event of contract cancellation, the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• For cancellations up to 31 days before the start of the rental, the tenant pays 25% of the agreed rental price.
• For cancellations from the 30th day before the start of the rental, the tenant pays 100% of the agreed rental price.
