Here you live in a very nice house with generous company on two levels both inside and out. Large open kitchen with dining area next to the cozy wood-burning stove and large windows that provide lovely light. Exit to the veranda where you can enjoy a good dinner with loved ones looking out over the garden. On the entrance floor there are also two comfortable bedrooms with a bunk bed and pull-out single bed in each room. Spacious bathroom with shower, wc and washing machine. Upstairs you reach the relaxing family room with a large sofa and TV. Peaceful bedroom with double bed. Large balcony with a lovely view, perfect for some peace and quiet, with the birds singing in the background. The house is in a large garden perfect for running and playing, various seating areas and play equipment for the children such as swings and a trampoline. Good to know! The owners offer the electricity during the warm months of June through September. In a short walk you reach the sea and a beautiful swimming area with jetty and barbecue area. A soothing place for the soul! Yxlan is an island located between Furusund and Blidö. Blidö is well worth a visit during your stay with its beautiful archipelago nature and fine hiking trails. Don't miss a visit to Gamla Norrtälje to stroll through the alleys and along the canal. Roslagen is rich in several cultural destinations, nature reserves, farm shops and much more. There is something for young and old and all interests. Welcome to a paradise in Roslagen!

Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
