Cancellation policy
If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The cancellation date is considered to be the date on which the cancellation notice is received. (for Sundays or public holidays, the following working day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.

Holiday destination
This holiday home is located in the village of Vrvari, about 3 km from Porec and the beaches with many sports facilities. It is situated on a 700 m2 plot with a 25 sqm swimming pool. For pleasant summer evening meals with gastronomic specialties, there is a barbecue in the courtyard and a covered terrace with garden furniture. Parking spaces for two vehicles are available on the property. What is special about this house is that the entire garden is surrounded by olive trees and oleanders.
