The very beautiful holiday apartment is designed in a Mediterranean style and is nestled in a magnificent landscape. It offers a double room, living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, and a furnished terrace. The distance to the local sandy beach is only 400 m.
We rent out bicycles and organize bike tours.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, meaning the accommodation is completely furnished and also has all the necessary utensils for cooking and dining (including an iron). Should anything be missing or break, we will provide a replacement immediately.
Parking spaces are located in front of the apartment.
Bed linen and towels are included in the service. On request, baby equipment (baby bed, high chair, and sun umbrella for the beach) can be arranged.

Upon booking, we request a deposit of 30%. The balance is due upon check-in (in cash, by EC card, or credit card: Visa or Mastercard) - unless the trip is cancelled.
In this case, the following conditions apply:
Free cancellation up to 35 days before the arrival date, from the 34th to the 22nd day before the arrival date, the 30% deposit of the rental price is retained (i.e., the deposit made is not refunded), from the 21st to the 8th day before the arrival date, an additional 20% of the rental price is charged (i.e., a total of 50%).
In the event of a later cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the total rental fee (= 100%) and payment for all services used are required.
