A corridor follows which leads to three bedrooms, two doubles and one with two single beds, first bathroom with toilet and washing machine and second complete bathroom with bathtub.
Comforts include a kitchen with 4 induction burners and extractor fan, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, German coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, TV with Italian channels only, washing machine, wifi, furnished terrace, private parking space.
Sports and health: outdoor swimming pool 2 km away, mountain bike (possibility to rent them at Tabaccheria Ferrero in Tignale), sailing and surfing about 7 km away at the port of Tignale. Golf about 6 km away at the Golf Bogliaco.
The apartment is located in a quiet location but still about ten minutes walk from the center of Gargnano. The property that surrounds it is well cared for and ideal for a holiday lived in the luxury of this corner of paradise and in the relaxing village on the lake, defined by many as "the Portofino of Garda". A few steps away on foot there is a take-away pizzeria and the most beautiful and largest beach of Gargnano which offers umbrellas and sunbeds.
