Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before your holiday.
From 30 to 15 days before your arrival, we charge 50% of the booked stay.
For even more short-term cancellations, we ask for your understanding that we will charge 100% of the booking amount.
In case of non-compliance with the reservation or early departure, 100% will be charged as cancellation fees.
