Residence Deurloo is centrally located in Cadzand-Bad on the boulevard, directly by the dunes and the beach, and close to the shopping center. This beautiful apartment is on the fourth floor, overlooking the dunes. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Layout:
The living room features a seating area with a TV, a dining table, and an open kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. Sliding doors provide direct access to the balcony with a view of the sea. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony on the Boulevard de Wielingen. The second bedroom has three single beds. The modern bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and a luxurious sink.
There is also a storage room with a washing machine.
The apartment comes with a private parking space directly behind the building complex. Upon arrival, you will receive a key to the parking barrier. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed if needed.
The apartment can be rented by the week, midweek, or weekend.
In the high season (July-August), it is only available by the week with Saturday as the check-in and check-out day.
Outside the high season, check-in and check-out days can be Monday, Friday, or Saturday. Other days upon request.
The apartment comes with a parking space on private property right behind the building. Upon arrival, you will receive a key for the gate to the parking area. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets are not permitted in this apartment. This house is equipped with Wi-Fi, which you can use free of charge. During the high season, it is only available for weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.

This lovely apartment is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad, right on the beach promenade, just 100 meters from the beach and the sea, and opposite the shopping arcade. Enjoy a wonderful holiday in Cadzand-Bad. Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth found there, and for sun worshippers, it's the place in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine per year.

If the tenant cancels a rental contract for any reason, there is an obligation to pay compensation to the landlord in the amount of the rent or a part of it.
Cancellations by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or email).

From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 75%. From two weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge 100%. In addition, you will also pay €35 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded. To avoid discussions, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with a (travel) insurance company.
