If no other agreement has been made, cancellations of the booked stay will be charged as follows:

from 30 to 10 days before arrival 70%
from 9 days before arrival, or in case of no-show or early departure 100%
It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
Exceptional cancellation conditions due to Covid-19: should there be another lockdown or a travel warning from your government, you will receive the deposit back up to 10 days before the start of the trip, provided you notify me immediately (within 48 hours after the travel warning or lockdown comes into effect)

My name is Andreas Runggaldier and I am delighted to welcome you to our holiday apartment. With more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am convinced that this is not just a profession but a passion, to offer guests the best possible and most authentic stay. I was trained as a goldsmith and soon after receiving my master's title, I opened a workshop in my hometown of St. Ulrich. During my travels, I had the opportunity to meet wonderful hosts, but also had some bad experiences. What I had learned up to that point came in handy in 2009 when we opened our first apartments, the Chalet Regina. In the following years, I passionately took care of our 5 apartments until I took over the apartments at "Cesa Setil" in 2014. The good work we had done from the beginning led us to take over more apartments, which were entrusted to us in 2019 in the "Cesa Petlin".
