Description

The holiday apartment Licul, equipped for 5 people, is located on the first floor of our house. It includes 2 separate bedrooms, living room, satellite TV-WIFI, air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, and an enclosed terrace with sea view. Bed linen, towels, kitchenware, water kettle, and coffee machine are provided. The outdoor area features a garden with a barbecue. There is a parking space in front of the house.

We welcome our guests upon arrival.
Upon departure, we wish them a happy journey with a small souvenir.

Sommerurlaub 2019 Porec bei Fam. Licul

Wir, meine Freundin, mein Hund und ich kamen Samstag in unserem Domizil für eine Woche an. Wir wurden sehr freundlich, herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war im ersten Stock und man fühlte sich direkt wohl. Alles roch frisch und es war sehr, sehr sauber. Zur Begrüssung bot uns Anita selbstgemachten Kuchen an, den wir dankend entgegen nahmen. Auf dem Esszimmertisch stand zur Begrüssung eine Fl. Wein und Leckerlis für meinen Hund . Im Kühlschrank war eine kalte Fl. Wasser. Wir waren echt überwältigt, was Anita da alles für uns bereit gestellt hatte. Dafür nochmals herzlichen Dank. Der Kuchen war lecker. Die Wohnung ist mit Klima ausgestattet, was bei den Temperaturen für einen guten Schlaf gesorgt hat. Im Garten hängen noch zwei Hängematten und Liegestühle stehen auch bereit, eine Grillecke gibt es auch.

Ich war Skeptisch wg. der Bewertungen. Grund: Habe aufgrund Positiver Bewertungen was gebucht und bin TOTAL auf die "Schnauze Gefallen". Aber hier haben die Bewertungen gestimmt. Die Familie ist sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Durch die vielen Baustellen im Moment zeigt der Hausherr wie man am besten zum Strand kommt. Auch die Hausherrin ist sehr nett und hat uns zur Begrüßung einen Strudel gemacht der seeeeeeeeehr gut war vor allem wenn man ankommt und eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen vorfindet. Das ist eine Positive Einstimmung auf den Urlaub. Auch unseren Kindern hat es sehr gefallen vor allem nachdem se den Hund der Hausherren gesehen haben. Die sind kaum aus dem Auto raus schon riefen Sie immer nach dem Hund(der Überaus gutmütig ist). Wir kommen BESTIMMT wieder.

Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern 13 sehr schöne Tage in Kroatien verbracht. Die Gastfreundschaft unserer Gastgeber war einfach wohltuend und sehr aufmerksam. Sie überraschten uns mit frischen Trauben und Feigen aus dem Garten und anderen Köstlichkeiten. Anita überraschte uns mit selbstgebackenen Kuchen (u.a. am Geburtstag unseres Sohnes). Stefano zeigte uns gleich nach Ankuft schöne Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, usw. Einfach toll. Vielen herzlichen Dank!!!
