This guest house which has been renovated in 2010 is located at an estate in Sörmland at a property of 10 hectares and with 500 meters beach at the waterfront of the lake Nyckelsjön.
To the water property also belong fishing rights, so that you can go fishing here by boat for pikeperch, pike and perch.
The house consists of a ground floor with hall, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine as well as a kitchen and living room with TV. Upstairs there is a hall, toilet with washbasin, a larger bedroom as well as two more bedrooms.
At the large property there are several seating corners for barbecue and a landing stage for the boat down by the water.
The Sörmland region is well-known for its beautiful castles and manor houses and, of course, for the Baltic Sea coast. Day trips to the capital Stockholm, which is within reach, can also be recommended.
