Cancellation policy
If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The cancellation date is considered to be the date on which the notice of cancellation is received. (for Sundays or public holidays, the following working day applies). In the event of a no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.

Holiday destination
Villa Bianca is located in the small village of Perci, 10 km from Porec and 4 km from the tourist resort Lanterna with beautiful beaches and various sports facilities. Shops and restaurants can be found in Tar, just a few minutes' drive away.
The owner occasionally lives in a separate building in the backyard, but the garden and pool area are exclusively available for private use.

The tourist office is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00 during the summer months. Please check in here.
