In total, the tastefully furnished apartment has a living area of about 70 m² and a balcony of about 8 m². From both the interior and the exterior, you enjoy an incomparably beautiful view of the lake and the opposite mountains. The attractive apartment has a WLAN internet access and air conditioning, the use of which is free of charge. You can park your car on the free public parking spaces about 50 meters away. For loading and unloading, you can drive up to the house. Note: Due to the Sunday market, arrival on Sundays can only take place after 5:00 pm.
Cannobio (approx. 5,100 inhabitants) is a lively town and one of the most important tourist centers of Lake Maggiore. The picturesque place is of very ancient origin, its history reflected in the "Palazzi" of different eras. The beautiful lakeside promenade with the old harbor and its multitude of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars invites you to linger and relax. Especially attractive is the public beach with its generous lawn (grass and sand), where you can find shade under the trees in summer; this beach is particularly suitable for children. Water sports enthusiasts enjoy the opportunity to rent various water sports equipment: surfboards, motorboats, pedal boats, etc. In Cannobio, there are also other sports facilities: sports field with athletics track, sailing club, tennis courts, bocce courts, mini-golf, children's playground, etc. The proximity to well-known places like Locarno and Ascona with their annual international film and jazz festivals expands the leisure offer.
