You have a private entrance and a private ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. The house is then divided into two apartments on the first and second floor, which are entirely at your disposal.
On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, micro, stove etc. The large dining table seats everyone and there is also a TV. On this floor there are two double bedrooms and a children's room with two single beds. Besides there are two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a shower and a toilet. In addition, there is a separate toilet.
On the second floor there is a small kitchen, a triple and a double bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. In the kitchen there is a second TV. From the balcony you have a wonderful view over the Paznaun Valley.
Our holiday home is located directly in the center of Kappl and is ideal for groups of up to 11 people. There is also enough space for an extra baby cot. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and you can do without your car. Both apartments have a balcony from which you have a beautiful view over the Paznaun Valley. In front of the house there is a large terrace and below a small meadow with swing and slide for the little ones.
Due to its ideal location, only 100 m from the ski run, the free ski bus to the Ischgl ski arena can also be reached in just one minute on foot.
