The central part of the ground floor consists of an open space combining the living room, kitchen and dining room. The decor of the room is dominated by natural materials, mainly wood, and warm tones that contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. The living room, with its extendable sofa, is ideal for socialising and playing board games. On cooler evenings, enjoy a glass of wine by the crackling fire in the open fireplace. The wooden dining table in the center of the room can seat up to 8 people, and both sides of the table lead out to the covered terrace.

The village of Kringa itself is rich in churches and artefacts from the Early Stone Age, and the legend of the first European vampire from Kringa is particularly interesting. For a trip to the pearls of Istria on the Adriatic coast, we recommend a visit to Porec and Rovinj, towns with a rich cultural and historical heritage.

Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
