This 4-bedroom villa will impress you with its spacious interior and beautifully landscaped garden featuring a 44 m² swimming pool. Designed to accommodate 6 people, it is ideal for a family holiday or a getaway with a group of friends.
The interior of the villa spans 150 m² over 2 floors. On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an open area consisting of a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, including a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle to make breakfast preparation easier. Adjacent to the kitchen is a bar that visually separates it from the rest of the space. The dining table seats 6 people and the living room has a large sofa and armchair.
