Villa Lessix: A luxury villa situated on a hill, offering one of the most stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Bay of St. Tropez. It's just a 5-minute journey to the village center of Les Issambres where you'll find numerous restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches.
From the terrace, you have direct access to the generous, heated swimming pool (10 x 4.5 m) complete with ample sun loungers and towels for complimentary use.
This villa accommodates 15 people. The modern kitchen with a central island is equipped with all kinds of appliances, including two dishwashers, a ceramic hob with extractor hood, an oven, microwave, coffee machine, and two American refrigerators.
In the spacious utility room, you'll find a washing machine and dryer. The extended kitchen doubles as a TV room with Dutch, German, and English channels, where you can also enjoy a fantastic sea view.
The villa features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The air-conditioned master bedroom has a double bed (200x200) and an en suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, and toilet). Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom, also boast double beds (200x200), and are air-conditioned.
From these 3 bedrooms, you also have a breathtaking view of the sea. On the lower level, there are an additional 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. These are furnished with large double beds. One of the bedrooms includes an extra single bed. Each of these rooms provides direct access to the lower terraces. Sea views are also available here.
Located between the bedrooms is a spacious lounge area with an American pool table and a ping-pong table.
An additional room, decorated in pink, should not be overlooked. This is the highest in the villa with a double bed. The balcony has the most beautiful view.

The stunning location of this luxury villa is perched on a hill in Les Issambres. A short drive down and you'll find yourself at the beach in less than 5 minutes. Les Issambres is right on the border of Sainte Maxime. Along the coast, you'll discover beautiful beaches and beach clubs that leave nothing to be desired.
You are directly on the Côte d'Azur, nestled between Sainte Maxime and Frejus. The airports in Nice and Cannes are about an hour's drive away. It takes 40 minutes to reach St. Tropez by car (in summer, you can also get there directly by boat from the port of Les Issambres). Fréjus is a half-hour drive away. Les Issambres and Sainte Maxime are renowned for their beautiful sandy beaches and fine dining. In most restaurants, you can enjoy the fresh Provençal cuisine while taking in the breathtaking sea views.
Nice and Cannes airports are approximately an hour's drive away. Within 10 minutes, you can be in Sainte Maxime by car. Saint Tropez is a 40-minute drive away. In July and August, Saint Tropez is more accessible (20 minutes) with the shuttle boat (Bateaux Verts), which leaves hourly from the port of Les Issambres and every 20 minutes from the port of Sainte Maxime.
