The pool has an automatic cover that makes it safe for children. 3 bedrooms in the house. 1 separate studio. 3 terraces next to the bedrooms. A balcony on the 1st floor with a hidden view of the Gulf Juan. The garden is a piece of art. Countless varieties of roses, fragrant lemon, orange and pepper trees; palm trees and a large magnolia; flowering hibiscus, oleander, rosemary, bougainvillea - discover for yourself.

Holiday destination

The villa is located on the east side of Cap d'Antibes, between Cannes and Nice. It's only a 3-4 minute walk to Plage des Ondes. Plage de la Garoupe is a 3-4 minute drive or ride away by scooter (e-scooter). Shops and restaurants in both Juan Les Pins and Antibes can be reached on foot or by car (less than 5 minutes).

Getting there

Flugzeug: Ankunft Flughafen Nizza dann mit Taxi, Uber, Bahn oder dem eigene / gemieteten Auto nach Cap d'Antibes
Auto: über die A8. Abfahrt Antibes.
Bahn: entweder Bahnhof Juan Les Pins oder Bahnhof Antibes und dann weiter mit Auto oder Bus. Die Bahnhöfe sind 7 - 8 Minuten von der Villa. Ausnahme August. Da weiss keiner, wie lange es dauert :(

Our stay at Villa Antibes was fantastic! The owners were friendly, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our family of four. The table tennis, swing, toys, spacious garden, and of course the pool were all hits with the kids. Just a 5-minute walk to Plage des Ondes where you can easily spend the day.

My husband loved Tony's fresh fish nearby, while I enjoyed morning runs around the Cap. It's an exact 10k around the Cap or 5k if you cut across. Evenings in Juan Les Pins were delightful, either on foot or with a quick ride into town using the local golf cart service. Don't miss the breathtaking cliffs behind Chateau de la Croe for swimming and diving!

We'll certainly be back next year again.

I cannot speak highly enough of our recent stay at this villa. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the charm and comfort of this exquisite property. We came as a family of 5. The house suited us perfectly, offering ample room for us to gather and create cherished memories, while also providing secluded corners for quiet moments of relaxation.
The villa itself is a masterpiece with modern furnishings. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the well-equipped kitchen to the stylishly appointed living spaces.
And the outdoor oasis truly stole our hearts. The garden is a botanical wonderland centered around a perfect salt water pool.
