The interior of the villa is 108 m² and consists of ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of various dishes and drinks which can be enjoyed at the indoor or outdoor dining table. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room that will keep you warm on colder days. And on summer days you can turn on the air conditioning. Although we believe that it will not be necessary, since the walls of the villa are made of stone. The space is dominated by a rustic style of decoration, which creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere and encourages gatherings and socializing.

Since the villa is located in a small village, it is best to explore the area on 2 wheels. If you're worried about where to get a bike, don't worry - you can rent one at the villa ( in fact, there are 5 of them!). Take the opportunity to bike through the Istrian villages, enjoy the fresh air and return home with unforgettable memories of sunny Istria.

Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
