The rooms in the villa are spread over 2 floors and are fully air conditioned. On the ground floor there is an open plan living area with a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. The modern simplicity of the furnishings and equipment is complemented by warm colours and wooden elements that create a very pleasant atmosphere. The living room is ideal for socialising and playing board games, with a sofa and modern fireplace.
The immediate surroundings of Villa Perlin invite you to take long walks in the Istrian countryside, and the nearby Parenzana cycle path is ideal for exploring the natural and cultural gems of this area. Near the village of Farini is the thousand-year-old town of Višnjan - walk along the cobbled streets to the 15th-century Gothic church of St. Anthony, visit the town gates and the old town square.

Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
