The cottage has everything you could want in terms of comfort and standard, plus a wonderful location, only 75 m from the sea! Start the day with a morning swim in the sea and then sit on the well-sized balcony and enjoy breakfast coffee and the beautiful view of the Halsefjorden and Orust. The cabin was tastefully completely renovated in 2008-2012 and consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room with dining area and TV corner with a 120 cm wide sofa bed for 1-2 people and a wood burning stove in case the evenings get chilly. Well-equipped kitchen with all amenities and fully tiled bathroom with both washing machine and tumble dryer. Several balconies and patios to choose from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view over a good piece of food and drink. In addition, there is a beautiful gazebo that functions as an additional living room with a comfortable lounge area. The best of all is probably the luxurious wood-burning hot tub where you can enjoy to the full both day and night. Here you can sit and relax in a warming bath under the starry sky or take a cooling dip on hot days if you don't have the energy or want to go down to the sea. You have only 75 m to the small bay with a small sandy beach and stone jetty. If you continue a few hundred meters away, there are several nice bays with rocks and a natural beach. To the well-arranged bathing area Söskär with long shallow, larger sandy beach and jetty approx. 1200 m. Close to services, entertainment and shopping in Stenungsund, 6 km with a large shopping centre. Take the free car ferry over to Orust and visit the charming archipelago communities of Mollösund, Hälleviksstrand or Käringön. To the big city Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg, 55 km. Welcome to a wonderful accomodation with all the conditions for a fantastic holiday in Bohuslän! Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
