This holiday home high above the sea with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sparkling water and the red rocks of the Esterel offers a relaxing holiday in an idyllic setting.
Access to your home is via a private road (only accessible via a code to prevent intruders). The garden of the house consists of restanques (steep terrain) typical of the region with a wide variety of trees and Mediterranean plants. The fenced terrace is spacious and equipped with everything you need to enjoy the panoramic views. This includes sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, a table for al fresco dining and a plancha where you can prepare barbecues while admiring the seascape.
Ground floor:
The garden floor consists of a cosy and comfortable living area with sofas, TV and a bar table for 6 people, which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. Natural light floods the room through the windows overlooking the terrace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
1st floor:
The upper floor consists of a bathroom with bathtub, two back-to-back bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa bed. The third bedroom has a double bed, an adjoining bathroom (walk-in shower) and a balcony. All rooms also offer a breathtaking sea view.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, heating and WIFI. The house has 3 car parking spaces.

Le Trayas is a neighbourhood of Saint-Raphaël and is located just before Théoule-sur-Mer, halfway between the Esterel massif and the Mediterranean Sea on the Corniche d'Or. Ideally located on the coast between Mandelieu-la-Napoule and the town centre of Saint-Raphaël, the district of Le Trayas is one of the most beautiful wild bays on the Côte d'Azur. At the foot of the Estérel mountains, a dozen calanques and small beaches are lined up in a wild setting that contrasts the red of the rocks, the green of the Mediterranean vegetation and the blue of the sea. The following bays are not to be missed: Calanque de Saint-Barthélémy, Calanque de Maupas, Calanque de Maubois, and Calanque d'Aurelle.
The first beaches can be reached on foot (10 minutes there, 20 minutes back due to the ascent). The first shopping facilities are 1 km from the house, the first supermarket is 8 km away.

In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.
