This holiday home has everything you need for an ideal vacation on the coast of Zeeland! The detached house is quietly located in Aagtekerke, just 2 kilometers from Domburg.
The house is furnished with a lot of love and attention to detail. The many windows and the skylight provide plenty of light in the living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, 2 comfy armchairs, and a television, so you can fully relax.

The apartment is in a quiet yet central location. All tourist villages are nearby. Aagtekerke is a peaceful village close to Domburg and Oostkapelle, but it is not located by the sea itself. The nearest beach is about 2 km away (Domburg). For those who want to stay near the coast but not in the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts, Aagtekerke is the most suitable place.

6. Cancellation
6.1. The landlord may be forced by special circumstances to cancel or dissolve the rental agreement. Cancellation and release must be done in writing. In this case, the landlord will do their utmost to offer the tenant an alternative. If this is not successful to the tenant's satisfaction, the landlord must refund all amounts paid by the tenant without any liability on the part of the landlord.
6.2.1. Cancellations and dissolutions must be first reported by telephone, after which you must confirm this in writing, including the rental agreement, by registered mail. This letter must be addressed to Walcheren Vakanties.
6.2.2. For cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation, the option right is in effect (see point 5).
6.2.3. For cancellations after 24 hours and up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.4. For cancellations between 3 months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.5. For cancellations between one month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.6. For cancellations less than a week before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental sum will be charged.
At any time, administrative costs will be charged for cancellations.
6.3. Upon receipt of a cancellation from the tenant, the landlord will create a cancellation invoice, taking into account the provisions of this article. Amounts already paid will be settled in accordance with the contents of the cancellation invoice, and any balances in favor of the tenant will be refunded.
