The elegant and stylish bungalow was completely renovated in 2023 and offers plenty of daylight and a unique view of the sea. It consists of a cozy living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a lovely dining area from which the sea view can be enjoyed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all necessary household appliances, dishes and cutlery, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, egg cooker, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds and a romantic electric fireplace, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Furthermore, the bungalow offers 2 modern bathrooms with marble sinks and rain showers.
We, as landlords from Austria, spent our first holiday in Dalmatia here years ago and immediately fell in love with the place and the area. After many comparisons, we returned to this place every year to rent a house here. And from that, the idea was born to realize our ideal conceptions and requirements for a holiday home ourselves and to rent it out in addition to our own use. The result meets high standards and can be seen and felt, as we believe.
