The meticulously maintained holiday apartment Casa Hildegard is located on the upper floor of a beautiful two-story holiday home with a magnificent view of Lake Maggiore.
Features include central heating, a living and dining room with satellite TV, a fitted kitchenette and large windows facing the lake, as well as a small room with a bed, a twin bedroom, and a balcony of about 21 m² with an awning.
The apartment has a newly renovated bathroom; the kitchenette is fully equipped with a double hotplate, refrigerator, and other common household appliances as well as crockery.
Garden furniture: dining table, two chairs, and two sun loungers. Large awning across the entire width of the balcony.
Parking is available directly in front of the house on the street.
Unobstructed view of Lake Maggiore all the way to the opposite shore (see photos). Visible from the balcony and the entire front of the living and dining area, as well as from the bedroom.

Well-known attractions such as the cities of Ascona, Locarno, or Lugano can be reached by car in a short time; Milan is also about an hour away. Steamboat trips to other lakeside towns and to the Borromean Islands, especially "Isola Bella," are highly recommended. Along the lake, there are small natural beaches that offer very good swimming opportunities. A larger beach resort with parking is located in Maccagno (4 km from Luino).
The holiday home is situated on the edge of a holiday settlement mainly inhabited by Germans, consisting of detached houses in a beautiful hillside location about 200 meters above the water; the position allows for a panoramic view of the lake over several kilometers.
The residential area is quietly located and without through roads (local traffic only).
A restaurant and a "Minimarket" (fresh bread rolls) can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

Exit Bellinzona Süd or Lugano Nord.
