There is also a spacious, newly fitted kitchen, ideal for culinary adventures. The open-plan living room creates an airy atmosphere, while the cozy fireplace invites you to relax in the evenings. Two bathrooms provide comfort, each equipped with a bathtub and shower; one bathtub has a whirlpool function. Enjoy the tranquillity of nature in the beautiful surroundings or on one of the two large outdoor terraces, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Follow the A31 highway to the very end (Emden West) and turn right at the end in the direction of Rysum. Stay on the highway for about 15 minutes, you will pass Emden Wybelsum and drive through Rysum. The next village is Loquard. In the middle of the village, turn right into "Kleiner Maarweg", which you follow to the end. The last house in the street is your destination!
