The large three-room apartment, very bright and with independent access, is located on the second floor, spread over two levels and equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, Smart LCD TV, kitchen with hob fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, a reserved parking space outside the residence and a communal pool available only to the apartments in the residence.
On the lower floor there is the living room with kitchen, a double bedroom with lake view, a bathroom with window and shower and a large balcony with table and chairs. The internal staircase leading to the upper floor leads to an attic room with double sofa bed, with a beautiful and large panoramic terrace of about 20 m², with lake view and equipped with barbecue, sun loungers and table.

The apartment is conveniently located to all services and the historic center of Bardolino is about 800 meters away. Its location makes it easy to visit the most famous places on the lake, such as Garda, Lazise, Peschiera del Garda. You can easily reach the theme parks Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld, Jungle Park and panoramic attractions such as the Rocca di Garda, the beautiful Punta San Vigilio and the Baia delle Sirene Park.
