The well-equipped kitchen ( ceramic hob, oven,microwave, coffee maker, egg stove, kettle, toaster and a fridge/freezer combination. There a 2 bedrooms each with a double bed ,wardrobe and cable TV, desk and chair.
The badroom has a shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer and make-up mirror.
There is a separate WC.
A large balcony invites you to enjoy the view of the surrounding moutains.

Our apartment is located in the Partenkirchen district. From here you have many opportunities to start your hikes, bike routes or just leisurely walks.
The location of the house is quiet, but you can reach shopping facilities and restaurants within a few minutes' walk.
The house is located in a quiet and sunny side street with a view of the Wetterstein mountains and the Wank.
In about 5 minutes you are in the center of Partenkirchen and the spa gardens. Stores for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. The local bus stop (local bus is free with the spa card) can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails are within walking distance. The mountain railroads by bus or car.
The apartment can be booked all year round.
You can reach us either by car (via Munich and the A95, or the A7 via Kempten Reute)
By train (train station approx. 1.5 km from us) or by Flixbus
