The holiday apartment H1 is friendly and modernly furnished. Since it is located on the side away from the street, it is very quiet and offers a beautiful view of the greenery. The spacious living and dining room is equipped with a sofa set and a flat-screen TV with satellite reception (for receiving German-speaking channels). The open kitchen has a practical counter with 3 bar stools, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a microwave with baking function, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available.
The approximately 10 m2 south-facing terrace has a retractable awning, garden furniture, and an electric table grill.
There are two beautiful bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. If needed, a baby cot and a high chair can also be provided. A changing table is also available. Bed linen is provided and is included in the rental price.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin, and an electric towel dryer. The W.C. is separate.
The holiday apartment H1 is furnished for 3 to a maximum of 4 people. As it is laid out with stone flooring and no pets are allowed, it is ideally suited for allergy sufferers.
A mobile router with an up-/download volume of 10 GB is provided free of charge if needed. If a larger data volume is required, it can be purchased for €10 per 5 GB (or €40 per 35 GB).
Two bicycles are available, which can be stored in the bicycle cellar.
For your car, there is a private parking space on the enclosed property.

Both the kilometer-long, wide fine sandy beach and the charming center of Capbreton with numerous cafes, good restaurants, some boutiques, and all the shops for daily needs are about 1 km away. The picturesque small fishing and marina with its daily fish market is about 2.5 km away.
By car: from Bordeaux, take the A63 towards Bayonne/San Sebastian.
After about 140 km, take exit No. 8 towards "Hossegor", "Capbreton".
After the tollbooth, turn right at the roundabout onto the D28 towards "Hossegor", "Capbreton", and "Seignosse".

If you, as the renter of the holiday property, withdraw from the contract, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the customer's cancellation date, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before occupancy begins: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before occupancy begins: 50%
- from the 29th day before occupancy begins: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If you are officially prohibited from traveling due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can, of course, rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.
