The three-story holiday home H78 meets the highest standards of comfort and amenities on approximately 140 m2 of living space.
The stylish living room, about 38 m2 in size, consists of a large corner sofa set, an armchair, a wood-burning stove, a large flat-screen TV with satellite reception, a Bose CD player, and air conditioning. Wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) is available.
The modern, high-quality kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, an extractor hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator and freezer with ice dispenser, a dishwasher, a toaster, three coffee machines (filter, Nespresso, and Senseo), an electric kettle, and a small table. In the separate laundry room, there is also a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a deep fryer. The kitchen has direct access to the southwest-facing balcony with a dining table for 8 people and a beautiful view of the pool. In bad weather, meals can be taken in the adjacent conservatory, which also has a dining table for 8 people and retractable floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a television.
The highlight is the pool area located one level down, with its approximately 100 m2 terrace, furnished with 6 sun loungers (including 4 wooden loungers with cushions), an outdoor lounge with a garden couch and two armchairs, and a gas grill (plancha). The heated pool is 4 m x 8 m in size and can be covered. On the pool level, there is a small kitchenette with a sink, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a radio. An outdoor shower and a small pool slide for children are also available.
There are a total of four tastefully decorated bedrooms with good mattresses. The ground floor bedroom suite has a 140 cm wide double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a sink, shower, and bidet. Separate toilet.
On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed and two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm wide bed with two mattresses. One bedroom has air conditioning, and two have a television. All bedrooms have parquet flooring and a built-in wardrobe. On the upper floor, there is a second bathroom with a corner bathtub, a walk-in shower, two sinks, a towel dryer, a hairdryer, and a radio. Second separate toilet. Bed linen is provided.
You can park up to 3 cars on the completely fenced property, which is screened from the neighbors. Bicycles or surfboards can be securely stored in the garage.

The distance to the nearest Atlantic beach Les Océanides is approximately 2.5 km. The charming fishing port with many excellent restaurants is about 3 km away. The center of the established fishing village of Capbreton, the highly recommended market, a pedestrian zone with many nice cafes and shops, as well as a large supermarket are each about 1.5 km away. Just about 3 minutes' walk away, there is a mini-golf course, a riding school, and a go-kart track.

If you as the tenant cancel the rental agreement, the landlord is entitled to compensation, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the time of cancellation by the customer, as follows:
- up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy: 50%
- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is prohibited by official orders due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can of course rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.
