In case of cancellation, you will receive a refund of 90% of the rental price up to 60 days before arrival, thereafter up to 30 days before arrival 60%, up to 10 days before arrival 30% of the rental price, and if less than 10 days before arrival 10%.

Just a few steps away is the covered terrace with a grill, where you can showcase your cooking skills and prepare delicious meals.
Getting there
Traveling from Germany typically involves taking the A10 from Salzburg. A vignette is required for this route, as well as a ticket for the Tauern motorway. Both can be purchased online; then, the vehicle's license plate is recognized, allowing you to drive through the left lane with ease (www.asfinag.at). From Villach, there are three options: a) via Ljubljana, b) via Krajnska Gora and the Soca Valley, or c) via Udine and Trieste. A vignette is required for Slovenia, while in Croatia, motorway use is charged from station to station. By plane, Pula is the nearest airport, approximately 65 km away. Porec is also accessible via Flixbus. During the summer months, there is a ferry connection to Venice.
