This special villa is very romantic and unique - enjoy the charm of bygone times and let yourself be enchanted. Villa Batelica is located near Labin. This traditional stone house has been renovated with attention to detail in a shabby chic style.
With a total of 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the villa can accommodate up to 8+2 people.
Three of these bedrooms are on the first floor. The ground floor is the meeting point of the villa with a bright and charming living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor is completed by another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet. Two glass doors take you from the living and dining area to the terrace of the villa, where there is another covered dining area and a lounge corner. In the private pool you can refresh yourself on warm days and then relax on the sun loungers. Children can enjoy the playground and numerous activities such as badminton or table tennis. Another highlight is on the first floor of the small house in the garden. There is a games room with table football, chess, darts and billiards. On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a summer kitchen with a charming dining area. A charcoal grill completes the whole holiday feeling.
