Villa Vlastelini I is a beautiful, unique villa built with lots of charm and love. Every detail has been well thought out to meet guests' every need.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious, comfortable living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace for nice evenings. There is also a Playstation 4 for our little guests to play with.
On this floor there is another room with a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
From here you get to the outdoor area where you have a pool with a great view of the greenery.
For lovers of cooking there is also a tavern where you can prepare excellent Istrian cuisine.
On the first floor there are 3 more spacious bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, central heating, TV and en suite bathrooms and underfloor heating (only in the bathrooms).
Two rooms have an exit to a terrace where you have a beautiful view of the countryside.
In the garden you have play areas, a lighted tennis court and a small mini golf driving range.

In case of cancellation within 59 days to 30 days before arrival, the prepayment of 30% of the total price will be charged as the cancellation fee. In case of cancellation within 29 days before arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged as the cancellation fee.
