The house is situated on a "country estate" in a quiet location in the middle of the Chianti Classico hills. Through the front door of the house, you enter directly into the spacious living room with its comfortable seating, an open fireplace and a dining area. An arch leads to the fully equipped kitchen. Next to the bedroom with its double bed is the bathroom with bath and shower enclosure. The door of the living room opens onto a beautiful, covered terrace with a wonderful view of the olive groves and the well-tended garden; an ideal place to enjoy the morning sun or the gently cooling Tuscan evening breeze. The property can be reached via a 5 km long, well-maintained, unpaved road.
Guests have access to a beautiful infinity pool (6 x 12 m - open 15.05.-30.09.) with sun terrace, which invites you to relax with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is also shared with the guests of the neighboring vacation home. The estate produces organic, extra-virgin olive oil.

The house is located between the medieval villages of Radda and Castellina in Chianti. The medieval town of Castellina in Chianti with an excellent selection of restaurants, wine stores, cafés, supermarkets and grocery stores is approx. 7 km away. San Gimignano, Volterra, Arezzo, Cortona and numerous other attractive towns are within easy reach by car. The ideal starting point for wonderful excursions!
