On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a shower room. On the upper floor, there is a large living room with a fitted kitchen, shower room, mezzanine with a sofa bed for 2 people, and a terrace.
Outside there is a private parking space, an enclosed garden with a covered terrace, and a heated swimming pool (4 x 7 m) up to 27 degrees with a counter-current system.

The villa is located in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet area with a fantastic view of Lake Garda and the Montebaldo mountain range.
The town of Bassanega is 2.5 km away from Limone. The nearest beach is in Limone with surfing and sailing schools, pedal boats, and motorboat rentals.
Hiking, tennis, biking, canyoning, kitesurfing, and other sports are possible in Tremosine.
Take the A22 Brenner-Modena motorway. Exit at Trento Nord or Rovereto Sud, towards Riva del Garda.
From there, head in the direction of Limone sul Garda/Salò (10 km). In Limone, on the main road, turn right towards the Tremosine ramp, after 2.5 km you will reach the town of Bassanega.

A cancellation fee of only 50€ for processing will be charged. Any deposit made will be refunded, with the 50€ being retained.
