Description

You have about 180 sq. m. of living and patio space available in the house. The patios are partially roofed and furnished with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the sun from the early morning until late in the afternoon. There is a steel grill available for grilling. In the large hobby room, you will find a sauna, a table soccer game, an air hockey table and different fitness machines. A washing machine and a laundry dryer, as well as an iron, are included. There is a crib and a high chair for small children. There are also two parking spaces and a separate "ski room" available. You can store your skis/snowboards and dry your shoes in the 'ski room'.

Größter Mangel: Skikeller kalt, Heizstäbe nur handwarm. 16 Skischuhe auf Heizungen im Wohn-Essbereich getrocknet, erhöhte Heizkosten
Mängel: defektes Licht an Eingangstür, stockdunkel, Stolpergefahr; defekter Rollladen im Schlafzimmer; völlig durchgelegene Matratzen in den Betten

Falsche Angaben in Objektbeschreibung (einige davon inzwischen korrigiert):
Entfernung zur Bushaltestelle mit 50 Metern; es gibt seit längerem keinen Bus mehr
Entfernung zum Skilift mit 2 km; bis zur Gondel sind es ca. 4 km.
Extra anfallende Energieverbräuche nicht in den Mietbedingungen aufgeführt, lediglich kleingedruckt in den AGB unter 3.1
Pflicht, bei Schnee- und Eisglätte Schneeketten anzulegen, fehlt; sehr kurvige und enge Straße bei Schnee ein Horror.

Die Bewertung der Gäste entspricht nicht der Tatsache.

Die Nebenkosten stehen auf der Internetseite, über die auch angemietet wurde, klar und deutlich. Ferner stehen sie auch bei Traumferienwohnungen und bei den AGB’s. Die Gäste konnten das somit dreimal vor Anmietung nachlesen.

Die Entfernungsangaben waren ca. Angaben, die vor 16 Jahren bei Erstellung des Inserats mitgeteilt wurden, es könnte aber eventuell die Luftlinie gewesen sein, die man damals mitteilte, den dies würde passen. Diese Angaben wurden aber in den letzten 16 Jahren von keinem der Mieter beanstandet. Die Gäste hatten so weit recht, einmal um 1,5 km und 1-mal um 2 km. Dies konnte jetzt über Google Maps genau ermittelt werden und wurde auch schon dementsprechend berichtigt.

Der Bus hält nach vorliegenden Informationen unten direkt an der Einfahrt zum Haus und fährt immer noch.
Infos dazu stehen unter Eingabe von Skibus Stumm Zillertal z. B. auf folgender Webseite. Man muss halt anrufen, oder eine Uhrzeit vereinbaren, da er bei wenig Nachfrage nicht fährt. Aber dann klappt das einwandfrei.

Der Hinweis das man im bergigen Skigebiet, bei Schnee und Eis, Schneeketten anlegen muss steht in den Mietunterlagen, obwohl das schon manchen Gast verwundert hat, mit dem Hinweis, ob am logischen Menschenverstand gezweifelt wird. Aber es kann in den Bergen immer vorkommen, dass bei einem heftigen Schneefall Schneeketten erforderlich sind.

Das defekte Licht wurde am Samstagabend gemeldet. Am Montag wurde der Elektriker beauftragt, der es am Dienstagvormittag repariert hat. Ebenso wurde auch die Heizung für die Ski Schuhe überprüft. Laut Aussage des Elektrikers ist nichts defekt. Die Stäbe dürfen nicht wärmer werden sonst verzieht es die Ski Schuhe. Das war bisher auch noch bei keinen anderem Mieter ein Problem. (Als Anmerkung, es gibt auch Heizsohlen für Skischuhe, die wenn man Probleme mit kalten Füßen hat sehr zu empfehlen sind.)

Die Verwaltung betreut das Haus seit 16 Jahren und wird von ALLEN Gästen als nett und hilfsbereit beschrieben, es hat sich bis dato auch niemand am Tiroler Dialekt gestört.

Wie auch letztes Mal alles ordentlich und schön, Air-Hockey und ordentliche Wlan-Anbindung, geniale Gegend zum Wandern, Baden und Biken, ruhige Lage, herrlicher Blick, auch im Sommer richtig viele Freizeitangebote im Zillertal.
