You enter the house via a large staircase at the front. From the spacious entrance hall, you move into the luxurious, open-plan (living) kitchen, which is equipped with all modern quality appliances. On this level, you will also find a spacious bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, a guest toilet, and a cloakroom.
A staircase leads to the first floor with a guest toilet and living area. The living room is furnished with luxury furniture, a wood stove, and a television. From here, you have a panoramic view of the bustling marina and the Veerse Meer. The wide sliding doors connect the interior with the exterior and lead to the second terrace with a lounge set. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub. The basement houses three more double bedrooms and a separate bathroom with a toilet. One of the bedrooms in the basement has an en suite bathroom. There is a covered garage with a washing machine and dryer.
