The apartment is located on one of the three floors of the residence. The apartment is furnished in a luxury way, completely in the beautiful style of Tyrol. That means plenty of wonderful atmosphere! The living room features a TV and the open plan kitchen includes an oven and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds in a double setup. There are also two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet.
Outside, there is a terrace or balcony with garden furniture. From here, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain world of the Kitzbühler Alps. There is (free) parking for one car in the parking garage under the residence.
In Residence Chalet 149, you can book features several 4-person apartments or 6-person penthouses.
