The apartment consists of a living room, a double bedroom, a room with a bunk bed, and a bathroom complete with a shower, toilet, sink, bidet, and washing machine. You enter directly from the living room where you'll find the kitchenette, a dining table, and a sofa bed. The entire living area opens onto a large covered balcony with a view of the public park and towards the lake. The double bedroom, complete with a wardrobe, opens onto the balcony, and next to it is a second room with a bunk bed.
In the residence, there are a total of 5 wonderful pools, one of which is available for your apartment.
A reserved parking garage for one car is available in the basement.
