The finca should actually be called Oyster Pearl because the location, the facilities and the sea view of "La Gomera" are as rare as a pearl in an oyster, but we found a Spanish name more appropriate. If you are looking for something special that offers everything you need for a perfect vacation, you should take a closer look at this house.
The finca, completed in 2023, is located 2.5 kilometers from the town center of Alcalá in the south of Tenerife. When you look out from your pool, the first thing you see is the sea and the island of La Gomera. Only then will you experience what is right in front of you. Avocado trees, passion fruit trees and, in the distance, fantastic banana plantations. With sunset guarantee.

In just a few minutes by car you can reach the fishing village of Alcalá, approx. 2.5 km away, which has shops and restaurants and small bathing bays. Combine your shopping with a walk through the town and enjoy a few hours by the sea. Right next to Alcalá you will find the Playa de la Arena, it is one of the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife with fine black sand - the famous "Piscinas Naturales" are also the natural swimming pools here. Fantastic!
Most guests arrive via Tenerife South Airport and take a rental car there, which is advisable for their vacation in our house. By car you then drive northwest on the TF-1 to Alcalá - that's about 30 kilometers. We explain the remaining route, approx. 2.5 kilometers, in our rental agreement.

In the event of a cancellation, you only pay 10% of the total rental price, provided we get the period fully rented out again. If the period you have rented is not rented or only partially rented, we will charge for the days not rented - 80% up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip and 100% less than 4 weeks before the start of the trip.
We recommend private travel cancellation insurance.
