The extense outside area counts with a private chlorine pool of 12x6m, with a maximum depth of 1,90m and an exterior shower, to wash of the chlorine, after a swim in the pool. There are 10 sun loungers to sunbathe and relax. On the other hand, there is a private paddle/tennis court, a petanque court, a pool table and a table football, for the active moments. There are several seating areas, dispersed over the terrain, to enjoy some peace and quiet with a good book or a drink. The house counts with 3 porches: one with a kitchen, next to the pool, one at the entrance and a third one in the former garage. Also, there are 2 furnished terraces. The barbecue will make your outdoor dinners memorable. The terrain is fenced and there are no direct neighbors, which means that you will enjoy complete privacy.
The 454 m2 house is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped living room with AC, satellite TV, 2 comfortable sofas and two armchairs and CD and DVD players. The dining room with a table for 10 people is open to the living room where you can sit and relax eating the delicacies you have prepared. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare a fantastic meal. The laundry room is in a separate space and there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, and one with two single beds. There is also an outside toilet. On the first floor there are 3 comfortable bedrooms where you can rest: one double bedroom with dressing room and equipped with AC and two bedrooms with two single beds each. In the bedrooms you will find fans and wardrobes. On request, we can prepare up to two cots and two high chairs. On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower.

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
