Our newly renovated, detached holiday home is located in the 5* Zeeland Village park in Scharendijke, 5 km from Renesse.
Our cozy retreat is situated on a plot of about 600 sqm, surrounded on three sides by green hedges, ensuring plenty of privacy as well as play opportunities.
On the ground floor are the spacious living/dining area with kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a utility room with washing machine, dryer, and a fridge with freezer compartment.
The living room features a large LG TV with access to Netflix, Prime, and Disney. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooking and baking facilities, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
On the first floor are the freshly renovated double bedrooms with new beds and high-quality mattresses (winter 2022), two single bedrooms (one with a small seating area and table), and another toilet with washbasin.
On both sun terraces, you will find garden furniture, cushions, and a grill is also available.
The extension has a cozy, wind- and rain-protected lounge area where you can relax even in bad weather.
Detached holiday home in a quiet holiday park with a large garden surrounded by tall hedges. Here, you can relax and enjoy the sun in the morning while having breakfast, play in the garden with the family, have a barbecue, or simply unwind as the sun casts its last rays on the garden in the evening.

Those who wish can enjoy fantastic water sports in the North Sea (4 km away) and the Grevelingenmeer (900 m away).
Zeelandvillagepark is a quiet park with an indoor swimming pool and several playgrounds.
It is particularly well-suited for families with children.
The park is located close to a beautiful marina and the
Grevelingenmeer (the largest and cleanest saltwater lake in Europe), where you can dive, surf, or sail.
The North Sea beach is perfect for long walks. You can stop to refuel at the many charming beach cafes.
By bicycle, you can reach both the North Sea and the Oosterschelde, with its lively and enchanting town of Zierikzee, via bicycle paths.
Scharendijke is a village in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is located slightly east of the Provincialeweg, on the Brouwersdam, which connects the island of Schouwen-Duiveland with the island of Overflakkee to Rotterdam. The village is situated directly on the Grevelingen. From the direction of Rotterdam, you can arrive via the N57 (71km to Rotterdam). From the direction of Breda via the N59 (91km) or from the direction of Antwerp via the Zeeland Bridge, the N256 (94km).

Hello, my name is Sonja and I take care of your inquiries and bookings. My family and I have owned our lovingly furnished holiday home for 20 years now. We always strive to offer our guests a beautiful and relaxing vacation within our four walls by continually making improvements to the house and its surroundings. I personally love being in Zeeland, enjoying long walks by the sea and, of course, the many cycling paths that allow you to enjoy your holidays car-free. But most of all, my family and I love spending time in the house or on one of the terraces, as well as in the newly designed lounge area.
