Detached house on two floors. The stone wall is the boundary to an ancient church from the eighth century. From the balcony, you have a magical view over the garden to the lake. The large terrace is perfect for meeting up with friends and celebrating.
This apartment is suitable for 2-4 guests. On the upper floor, besides the bathroom with a large shower, there is the bedroom with a beautiful balcony. The king-size bed with two mattresses 90 x 210 cm can be separated upon request. On the ground floor is the living area with a very comfortable sofa bed 160 x 200 cm, a guest bathroom, and a very large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, and everything you need for cooking.
Abaye is a modern residential complex with an antique charm, still containing numerous testimonies from the past. Built on an ancient pagan cult site by the Romans, and on their ruins, a monastery was erected in the 13th century. Away from the tumult of mass tourism, Abaye is now located in an elegant residential area with a preferred location, yet still allows for quick access to beaches, local venues, and a bakery within walking distance.

In the immediate vicinity, there is a very good bakery/patisserie with a mini-market (50 m) and various restaurants and pizzerias, which are within walking distance.
One of the most beautiful bike paths on Lake Garda (Lonato – Salò) is about 300 m away. The internal country road allows for easy access to Desenzano, Salò, and Brescia, avoiding the busy lakeside road. The beaches and the marina of Moniga are about 2 km away, as is one of the largest golf courses in Italy, "Garda Golf" in Soiano del Lago.
The qc Terme del Garda, on the other hand, is about 3 km away and can easily be reached by bicycle.
Exit the motorway at Desenzano, head towards Salo, then turn off at Padenghe towards Soiano del Lago.
