First floor:
This high-quality villa has a bright and spacious living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen. There are two sofa groups, one in front of a large TV and a fireplace, the other in front of the large panoramic window. The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped, a counter separates it from the dining area with a large dining table. A small guest WC is available for all guests. The living room with its large window fronts has direct access to the terrace, which offers beautiful and unobstructed views of the sea. The living room is air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating.
Basement 1:
Here there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The room has a private balcony with sea views, air conditioning and underfloor heating.
Basement floor 2:
The other three bedrooms are located on this floor. They are each furnished with a double bed and a balcony with sea views. All bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and underfloor heating.
On request, the double beds can also be separated into 2 single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm. The rooms are tastefully furnished to a very high standard.
Outdoor area:
Outside there is a large, covered terrace with a cozy chill-out area. An awning, which is automatically retracted when the wind blows, provides pleasant shade. Next to the pool are sun loungers and another covered dining area with a large dining table and Weber barbecue. A staircase leads to the lower garden area, where a small terrace surrounded by Mediterranean trees invites you to relax.
The villa is located in the middle of a quiet urbanization with other upmarket properties. Nearby is the villa Can Pascalou, which can also be rented through Finca Mallorca.
Pool: 3.60 x 5.30 m, depth: 150 cm, stair access, bench in the pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower by the pool with hot water from solar energy, cleaning with chlorine.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on request. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0 -24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8 € /set/night). Plus tourist tax ( More information on tourist tax ), payable on site.
