First floor:
The finca offers plenty of space for 8 people on 280 sqm of living space. The large entrance hall with high ceilings and open-plan living/dining area with access to the well-equipped kitchen is impressive. A cozy leather sofa invites you to relax. There is also a flat-screen TV, satellite connection, DVD player and a stereo system with iPod/iPad/iPhone connection. The underfloor heating is pleasant in the winter months (except in the pool house). The finca has a total of four bedrooms, all of which are equipped with two heat-regulating water beds (200 cm x 200 cm) and ceiling fans. Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor of the finca, and there is also a guest WC.
Second floor:
There is a further bedroom on the upper floor, also with a shower room.
Outdoor area:
The spacious, covered terrace right by the pool is particularly beautiful.The large wooden table seats 8 people, ideal for dinners with friends and family.Opposite the pool house is a lovely barbecue area with fridge and sink, and there is also an outdoor shower right next door.Enjoy the sweeping views from the sun loungers all the way to the monastery mountain of Sant Salvador.Das Grundstück ist 16.000qm groß.In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Finca Casa Fortuna.It can also be booked via Finca Mallorca. Depending on the wind direction, the noise of the nearby road may be audible.
Pool:
6 m x 12 m, depth: 110 cm - 150 cm, with step entry and pool lighting. The pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without any chlorine (except in very hot weather).
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings under the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (9€/set/night). Small dogs up to 10 kg are allowed, for which an extra cleaning fee of 75€ and an extra deposit of 200€ will be charged. Tourist tax is included in the price.
