The Apartment is situated inside the Residence Kormorano a large complex of fifty apartments in the town of Malcesine on the east coast of Lake Garda.
It is on two floors , both the floors have a balcony with view of the town and the lake.

The apartment is close to the cableway Malcesine - Monte Baldo ( less than 1 km ) , the best attraction in the town of Malcesine .
From the top of Monte Baldo you have an amazing view of all Lake Garda and there are possibility of doing many activities such as trekking , mountain biking or paragliding .
