- schönes großes Wohnzimmer
- alles blitzblank. sehr gut gereinigt
- viele bereits vorhanden (Spielzeug, Handtücher, Hochstühle, Bücher, Bälle, Volleyballnetz, Fußballtore usw.)
- wunderschön gepflegter Rasen.
Negative:
- Schade, dass 1 Wohnung nicht über das Innere zum Rest gelangen konnte.
- Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind nicht bequem
- Der Ofen/Schornstein saugt nicht sehr gut, so dass es im Wohnzimmer zu Rauch kam
- Im Saunabereich herrschte ein seltsamer Geruch (Gestank), der auch im Wohnzimmer zu riechen war
- es gab eine Reihe unangenehmer Mängel (eine Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, ein Herd, von dem 1 Brenner nicht funktionierte, die Kühlschrankbeleuchtung war kaputt)
- nicht 1 große Küche, sondern 2 separate Küchen.
- Müll muss getrennt werden (5 verschiedene Behälter), aber in einer Küche gibt es nur 2, was unpraktisch ist.
