Located in Alhaurín de la Torre in a quiet urbanization outside this town. Well connected and close to the town center and roads that will take you to any point in the province of Malaga.
The urbanization in which the accommodation is built is a series of semi-detached houses, it is a quiet area and you can park your vehicle in the vicinity of the accommodation street (unassigned parking).
Upon entering, you will first see the outdoor area, with the pool and the lunch and barbecue space to enjoy with the family. While you have lunch or prepare the (gas) barbecue, you can keep the little ones in the house under control. If you do not want them to enter the pool from the lunch area, you can close the access door to the pool.
This accommodation has a very family-friendly character where the little ones in the house and teenagers can enjoy facilities designed for them, with a trampoline and children's toys, as well as a large television where they can watch their drawings or play their consoles. As you can see in the photos, each member of the family has their space where they can have a moment of family disconnection.
The house is divided into three floors, a basement which is a garage, a first floor or ground floor where you will find a large living room with television and space to have lunch in it with a beautiful and large table, an equipped kitchen with everything you need so you can prepare your lunches in an organized way and with minimal effort. Next to the kitchen there is an exit to the outside where you will find a small laundry area and access to the outside side of the house that takes you to the barbecue area.
One of the four bedrooms is located on this ground floor as well, it is a bedroom with two single beds, ideal if you are traveling with elderly people who have more difficulties climbing the stairs to the upper floor.
The access staircase to the upper floor is protected by two barriers so that the little ones in the house are not in danger from them. Once we have gone up to this upper floor, we will find a space distributed in three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, one of them en suite within the main room, which houses a double bed, closets for your luggage, the aforementioned bathroom. en suite bathroom and a pleasant terrace where you can start the day in a relaxed way.
The other two rooms house a double bed, one, and the other two single beds. All bedrooms have windows to the outside.
