The new holiday home CASA LIMONI was opened at the beginning of 2024 and is located on a private property of about 400 sqm, just a few minutes' walk from the lake and the center of Bardolino in a very quiet residential area.
CASA LIMONI has two bedrooms for adults, a children's room with bunk beds, a spacious living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, a large terrace, a private pool, and a car parking space on the completely fenced property.
The house is newly furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi, SmartTV, and air conditioning. Dogs are welcome!
A very quiet residential area for a relaxed holiday. The center and lake are within a few minutes' walking distance. Ideal for holidays with dogs.

Bardolino, with just over 7,000 inhabitants, is located on the eastern side of Lake Garda at the foot of the morainic hills with vineyards and olive trees. To the north, Bardolino borders Garda, and to the south, Lazise. The amusement parks Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark, and Movieland are only a few kilometers away. It takes about 20 minutes to reach Verona by car, while Venice and Milan are each about 150 km away.

The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the full rental amount in the account of the landlord. The tenant must pay a deposit of 30% of the total rent within 7 days after the conclusion of the rental contract. The remaining amount must be paid up to 14 days before the start of the rental period (see payment schedule on invoice).
For the timeliness of the payment, the receipt or credit in the account specified in the rental contract is decisive. The landlord is entitled to withdraw from the rental contract in the event of untimely payment. The landlord is then further entitled to claim compensation as follows.
Cancellation 28 to 10 days before arrival day: 50% of the total rent
Cancellation 9 days to arrival day: 60% of the total rent
The same applies for cancellations by the tenant.
The landlord explicitly recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.
